I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the staff. Everyone walks around like they actually want to be here unlike other facilities I’ve visited. The environment was bright, comfortable, and well-maintained…Although I did notice the inappropriate relationship between a staff member (Unit manager) and another staff. Other than that Bryn Mawr is a lovely place, I will definitely send my family member back here.

We placed our Mom in Bryn Mawr Village for Respite care back in early May. It was supposed to be for 5 days but we were so happy with the care she received there that we chose to have her stay since she was in end-of-life hospice care. The staff is wonderful and very kind and caring. It’s not a fancy place, but what really matters is the quality of care which was above what we experienced in other local facilities.

Everyone on the staff was helpful. It was good place to physically rehab. Bernie, Heather, Mike and Maggie were great in helping to regain my strength. Thank you to the special event coordinators. They kept entertained with games. All of the nurses, techs and. even the kitchen and janitorial staff go out their way to make sure you’re happy being safe. Thanks to Deidre and Leigh Ann for going out their way to help me.

Very clean premises and well groomed landscape. It was like a breath of clean fresh air upon entry to the main entrance. Love the spacious lobby, halls, and patient rooms neat with cleanliness.

Visited my father for an early thanksgiving dinner and had a really nice time. Everyone was helpful and food was great! Also live music!

Bryn Mawr Village truly stands out in terms of cleanliness and the quality of care provided. The environment is immaculate, which immediately puts both residents and visitors at ease. The staff are incredibly caring and dedicated, always going above and beyond to ensure the best outcomes for their clientele.
